51 states, delivered remotely.
Every state page carries its own daylight, vernacular and approvals detail — because a render for Arizona and a render for Maine are not the same job.

Send at 6pm. Review at 8am.
The studio works to UTC+8. That puts us 12 to 15 hours ahead of the continental US, so your end-of-day markup is our start-of-day work. A revision round costs you a night rather than a working day.

[ 06 ] Frequently asked
What do you need from us to start a project?
A model or drawing set — Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD or even hand sketches — plus your material intent and the views you want. If you have a survey, site photographs or a context model, send those too; accurate context is usually what separates a useful render from a pretty one.
How long does a set of renders take?
A typical residential set of three to five views runs about five to eight working days from a complete model, including one review round. Revision rounds themselves are usually overnight, because the studio works while your office is closed.
Do you work in our software?
We work from Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, 3ds Max and Blender files. If your model is incomplete or the geometry needs rebuilding for rendering, we will tell you before we start rather than after.
How does the overnight turnaround actually work?
The studio works to UTC+8, which is 13 hours ahead of US Central Time. Comments you send at the end of your working day arrive as our day begins, so a revision round costs you a night instead of a working day. That is the practical reason US practices keep a dedicated visualisation partner rather than rendering in-house.
