[ 03 ]  When you will hear back

Because the studio works to UTC+8, an enquiry sent during your working day is usually read the same evening our time and answered before your next morning. Below is how far ahead we are of each US timezone. Email is the fastest route in; we will set up a call from there if it is easier to talk it through.

[ 04 ]  What to include

Six things that get you a fixed price faster.

  • 01Your model file, or a link to it — Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, 3ds Max or Blender
  • 02The views you want, roughly described or marked on a plan
  • 03Material and finish intent, even if provisional
  • 04Site address or coordinates, so sun and shadow are modelled correctly
  • 05Any survey, context model or site photography you have
  • 06Your deadline, and whether it is fixed or indicative

If your model is too large to email, send a link from any file service — we do not need a portal account to receive work.

[ 05 ]  What happens next

Four steps, no obligation.

[ 01 ]

We read the model

Before quoting we open your file and look at the geometry. If walls have no thickness, junctions are unresolved or soffits are missing, we tell you then rather than discovering it halfway through and running late.

[ 02 ]

You get a fixed scope

A written list of every view, its resolution, the revision rounds included and a delivery date. Priced per view. The number does not move unless the scope moves, and you can see what an extra angle costs before committing to it.

[ 03 ]

Cameras before lighting

You approve low-resolution clay views and the sun study for your site before any render time is spent. Camera sign-off at this stage is free; changing an angle after final lighting is the most expensive revision there is.

[ 04 ]

Overnight from there

Drafts and revisions are worked while your office is closed. Most projects need two rounds, and each one costs you a night rather than a working day.

No deposit is taken to produce a quote, and we will say so if we think you need fewer views than you have asked for. A five-view set that answers the question beats an eight-view set that repeats itself, and it costs you less.
