We work remotely, so geography does not limit where we deliver. It does change the work. A June noon sun sits above 87° in Miami and barely 6° at the Anchorage winter solstice, and a render that ignores that is not describing the building anyone will occupy.
[ 02 ] Why the state matters
Each state page sets out four things specific to that state: the daylight and climate conditions that govern how a render should be lit, the regional materials and forms local practices actually specify, the visual material commonly needed for local design review, and the overnight turnaround from that state’s timezone. The studio runs at UTC+8 — 12 to 15 hours ahead of the continental US.
