[ 07 ]  Frequently asked

What exactly do we receive for interior rendering?

Key room views at eye level, Daylight studies by hour and season, Artificial lighting and evening scenes, Finish, joinery and fixture option sets — plus final files at print and web resolution. The exact list is fixed in your written scope before work starts, so nothing is ambiguous later.

Which software do you work from?

We work from Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender and AutoCAD. If your model needs rebuilding to render properly, we will say so before quoting rather than absorbing it silently and running late.

Does the work change depending on which state the project is in?

Yes, and more than most people expect. Sun altitude, atmospheric conditions and regional material palettes all differ enough to change how a render should be lit and finished. Each state page on this site sets out what actually changes there.

How fast are revisions?

The studio runs at UTC+8, which is 12 to 15 hours ahead of the continental US. Markups sent at the end of your working day are worked overnight, so a revision round usually costs you a night rather than a working day.
